    “柯姆威杯”铁路通信全网线上比赛第一次直播培训课通过远程方式顺利进行。全国高等、中等铁道通信、城轨交通等专业方向近400人通过钉钉系统参加了网络直播培训，观看人次突破600。此次培训分为两个部分，一是平台整体宣讲，二是对实验案例的演示互动。
    柯姆威技术总监彭永龙向参赛选手讲解了光传输技术在铁路通信中的应用，并基于铁路通信全网仿真实验系统，演示了OSN设备传输组网构建，通道保护业务的实现过程，完成了数据业务互通的验证。

培训现场

    直播培训过程中，大家通过视频弹幕及时沟通和讨论，达到了很好的培训效果。在直播尾声，培训老师结合培训案例下发了课后任务作业，进一步巩固了培训
成果。

    此次远程直播培训突破了地域和人员的限制，在疫情下让更多人获得云端“面对面”沟通的机会，通过网络直播向学生讲解了专业知识应用，解读了比赛规程、平台介绍等相关信息，通过答疑互动，再次强调了此次比赛的程序化、细致化、规范化，也突显了“以赛促学”的目的。在后续活动中，可继续采用此方式加强学习和交流。

    本次竞赛采用我司自主研发的铁路通信全网仿真软件，竞赛内容涵盖铁路通信全网设备安装、组网连线、参数配置、系统调试、结果验证等过程，最终实现铁路通信系统全程全网融合。竞赛设立了一等奖、二等奖及三等奖若干，我司技术经理彭永龙为此次竞赛中表现出色的学生颁奖。

    通过此次竞赛，学生可以掌握实际工作岗位中的操作流程，理解铁路通信全程全网概念，通过自主学习，实现从学生到职业人的转化。同时，柯姆威祝愿本次参赛的埃及同学们能继续积极钻研专业知识、培养专业技能，成为中埃技术与文化交流的桥梁！

    由柯姆威科技和湖南铁道职业技术学院电务学院共同主办的第三届“铁路通信全网部署与应用”大赛圆满落幕。

本次大赛紧紧围绕立德树人的根本任务，为适应经济社会快速发展对铁路通信行业人才培养的新要求、现代大学生成长的新特点、信息化时代教育教学的新规律，以提高学生实践能力和创新精神为核心，以现代信息技术为依托，以铁路通信专业实验教学信息化内容为指向，建设示范性铁路通信全网部署与应用虚拟仿真项目竞赛。

大赛涵盖铁路通信网中的GSM-R系统、SDH传输系统、数字调度系统、通信电源系统等多项紧贴铁路综合通信岗位的内容，顺应铁路通信技术的发展方向，通过竞赛充分考察选手的网络部署、单板配置、数据配置及业务开通等相关技能，展现了职业道德与职业精神。

柯姆威结合铁路通信专业同学对专业学习的兴趣爱好，为满足同学们渴求了解更多关于铁路通信全网部署与应用方面知识的强烈愿望，发起了此次大学生课外科技竞赛的号召。

作为一项大学生课外科技竞赛，“铁路通信全网部署与应用”大赛不仅能选拔出优秀的人才，更重要的是通过比赛可以提高学生对专业学习的兴趣，激励学生刻苦钻研、勇于创新、多出成果、加强素质，培养学生的自主组织能力以及解决实际问题的能力。

    通过这次比赛，学生在了解铁道通信行业的发展动态和新技术的同时，也学习了铁道通信仿真系统在专业课程中融合与实践的方法，将理论与实际操作相结合，将理论知识学以致用。
